About the Therapist

Katherine Moser

MHS, LPC, NCC, RPT™

With over ten years of combined experience as an educator and counselor, I provide compassionate and specialized care for children, adolescents, teens, and young adults across a diverse spectrum of challenges.

I hold a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and Registered Play Therapist™ (RPT™).

I take a prescriptive approach in my practice and value working collaboratively with clients to create a therapeutic journey tailored specifically to their needs. I rely on evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, and mindfulness techniques ensuring that sessions are both effective and meaningful in helping clients achieve their goals.

Recognizing the essential role of parents and caregivers, I actively engage and collaborate with families, providing both support and practical tools to foster growth and lasting change beyond therapy sessions.

I understand that seeking help for yourself or a loved one can feel overwhelming, but I'm here to support you every step of the way.
